Sales and Return Policies

Please note that it is required for our sales and return policies to be consistent with policies and procedures dictated by Canadian and U.S. Customs Authorities.

You must be 21 years of age to purchase liquor or tobacco at Emerson Duty Free. This is because all purchases must be immediately exported to the USA. The minimum age for liquor and tobacco purchases in North Dakota is 21 years.

Payment for duty free online purchases can be made with Visa, Visa/Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard/debit, or Amex.

All returned products must be unopened and in immediate saleable condition as determined by our sales personnel. Product(s) must be returned in original packaging along with any accessories, warranty/product information and free giveaway items that were originally sold or included with the product(s).

Customer(s) will only be refunded the amount(s) as shown on the original receipt for the returned products.

Refunds will be made in the same payment media as shown on the original receipt.

Refunds may only be done in person.

Refunds may be completed at a different date and time if consultation is required.

1. Global Internet Disclaimer 
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to Emerson Duty Free Website (the “Site”) operated by DFS Ventures (“Emerson Duty Free”) and of any information, text, graphics, documents, collateral, or other materials appearing on the Site (“Content”). EMERSON DUTY FREE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, discontinue or terminate the Site or to modify these Terms and Conditions, at any time and without prior notice.
